Fulfillment Team Lead
To be a Fulfillment Team Lead at Wild Fork, you will possess strong leadership skills to delegate and stimulate your team to perform at their best.
Ensuring a smooth day-to-day operation by monitoring workflow and checking that our service levels are being met.
You will maintain a safe and productive work environment, improve profitability and ensure all online orders are shipped within the customer's expected delivery time.

We blast freeze our products at -40 F to maintain peak freshness, reduce crystallization, and preserves the vitamins and minerals.
This process is ten times faster than standard freezing for locked-in taste and tenderness in every bite.
Because all of our products are frozen, this means that you will work in a freezer and refrigerated spaces for most of your shift.

Responsibilities:
Ensuring all outgoing shipments of products meet company standards Meet department's daily, weekly, and monthly goals Tracks KPIs and holds team accountable to key results Conduct on-the-job training for new hires Coach and support new and existing associates Conduct ongoing performance reviews Adhere to loss prevention, inventory control and compliance procedures Support all safety programs and OSHA compliance to ensure a safe work environment for all associates Pick and pack products to fulfill orders Perform daily cycle counts for high ticket items Operate an electric pallet jack to transport product Ensure orders are completed, loaded, and shipped that same day Make sure all employees adhere to the company's policies and guidelines Act as our fulfilment center representative and set an example for our staff Execute other related duties as assigned Physical Demands and Work Environment:

Qualifications:
High school degree or GED preferred not required Previous Warehouse or Fulfillment supervisory experience preferred, but not required Strong understanding of logistics Ability to multi-task, while being attentive to customers and remaining flexible to the needs of the business Work as part of a team and take initiative independent of the Senior Leader Work with integrity as a TEAM toward a shared vision Acts with respect and values other opinions Ability to meet seasonal peaks, workloads, and deadlines The availability to work a flex schedule, working various hours and shifts, including early mornings, evenings and, weekends/holidays.
