is currently seeking a Deburr Technician to assist upper management with meeting the goals of the company.
This is a FT, hourly position with a competitive a wage based on experience.
Job
Summary:
Remove sharp edges from machined parts per customer-supplied blueprint through the use of hand tools, rotary tools, and tumbling machines.
Will work between deburr, assembly and other departments as needed.
Utilizes customer-supplied blueprints to assemble products, ensuring that all product functions correctly and specifications are met.

30pm Salary:
$17-24 (hrly) Duties/
Responsibilities:
Utilize rotary and hand tools to remove burrs and sharp edges Ability to sit or stand for extended periods Clean parts and polish surface finishes Follow shop travelers and customer blueprints to ensure all products are conforming to standards Seek opportunities for continuous improvement and maintain work stations to 6S standards All other reasonable duties as required
Qualifications:
Ability to recognize and remove burrs from metal.
Prior detailed manufacturing work utilizing hand tools required.
Blueprint reading skills Routinely perform tedious operations requiring hand and finger dexterity Must be a United States Citizen or permanent resident Able to frequently lift/push/pull objects that are 40 pounds Walking/standing a minimum of 8 hours per day Able to sit, stand, bend, squat and walk about the facility In addition to our innovative and exciting employee culture we also offer excellent employee benefits that include:
