South Windsor, CT South Windsor, CT Part-time Part-time From $20 an hour From $20 an hour 16 hours ago 16 hours ago 16 hours ago Duties - Greet and check-in patients in a friendly and professional manner - Answer phone calls and relays messahes effectively - Verify patient insurance information and collect co-pays - Maintain patient records and update information as necessary - Dristributes the procedure schedule - Assembles patient medical record forms and prepares patient identification - Ensure the waiting area is clean and organized - Performs clerical duties, take memos, maintain files, and organize documents; photocopy, fax, etc.
as needed Experience - Previous experience as a medical receptionist or in a similar role preferred - Familiarity with office systems such as Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.
