Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team.
As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency in processing payments and maintaining records.
There is opportunity for growth within our accounting department to learn and earn more.
Responsibilities - Process accounts payable invoices and ensure timely and accurate payments by working closely with the Financial Controller.
- Review and verify invoices, purchase orders, and payment requests.
- Prepare and reconcile vendor statements.
- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.
- Assist with month-end closing activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and communicate with vendors as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices.
Skills - We will train you in all the skills you will need to be successful in this role.
- We are seeking an organized individual with an attention to detail, who is also coachable.
