Call Center Team Leader

Leads and inspires Sales Team to increase sales. Travels to customer properties to close large opportunities and represents the company at Trade Shows. Coaches and develops sales skills of Sales Team Members.


  • Works with customers and Sales Consultants to develop creative, exciting proposals and presentations.

  • Listen and review sales calls with customers and prospects. Provide advice and guidance to Salespeople based upon call performance assessment.

  • Monitor bid opportunities via Company CRM system to verify best practices for follow-up and lead qualification are in practice.

  • Oversee training and development of new Greenhouse/Hydroponic Salespeople.

  • Utilize and develop training resources to further professional development of Greenhouse/Hydroponic Salespeople.

  • Contact customers directly to help close sales opportunities.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Each Salesperson will report directly to the Sales Team Leader. The Team Leader will hold Salespeople Accountable to sales expectations and monitor daily schedules and timecard approval.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Education and/or Experience:

? Degree or Work Experience in Horticulture Preferred.

? Sales Supervisory Experience Preferred.

? 4-year College Degree Required.

Language Skills:

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.

Mathematical Skills:

? Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as, probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry.

? Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.

Reasoning Ability:

? Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.

? Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Computer Skills:

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Order processing systems and Word Processing software.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
