This role reports to the Head of Recruiting and is a superb chance to define your corporate recruiting career. See how you can contribute to our growing organization below.  Responsibilities:  Sources, screens and interviews candidates from both internal and external sources ensuring that recruiting practices comply with EEO and ADA guidelines for our operations division Develops applicant flow for key positions. Develops and implements sources for applicants using internet sourcing, employee referral programs, job fairs, trade fairs, etc. Provides internal and external customer service, attends job fairs & networking events as a means to obtain a solid pipeline of candidates and to effectively meet hiring needs and business initiatives. Collaborates with management on current and future staffing needs for operational positions to identify job requirements, potential applicants, and interview guides. Maintains current knowledge of industry employment trends and internal compensation, benefits and personnel practice developments to identify current and/or potential issues that may impact applicant availability. Maintains appropriate records and statistics and prepares reports as necessary. Uses Applicant Tracking System and various external job boards. Maintains databases, run reports, track and communicate with candidates through the entire recruitment process by using a variety of electronic recruiting tools and other recruiting techniques. Works with business leadership, compensation and human resources to build offer packages.  Qualifications:  Minimum 4 years of recruiting experience (preferably in a large recruiting firm) or 2 years recruiting plus other client services or sales positions Undergraduate degree required Experience recruiting for operational or other high volume positions that are geographically distributed You should possess strong sourcing, database and job board searching skills and with experience using Boolean logic Experience using LinkedIn to source candidates Highly creative and resourceful Ability to generate a high volume and high quality pipeline of candidates under very tight deadlines Ambitious with a history of exceeding performance goals Strong organizational, follow up, and multi-tasking abilities Client service focused Ability to work independently and within a group in a matrixed managed environment Strong interpersonal and negotiation/influence skills #MAN2112

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
